Flutterbies is more than just a business, we want to make a difference with our cafe. Where possible, we choose locally grown produce, which supports family owned farms and businesses and also reduces our carbon footprint by minimising "food miles". We are fortunate to be situated in the heart of the caldera, which provides the perfect fertile, volcanic soil for growing organic produce. As well as this, we make our own organic bread (wholemeal, sourdough and fruit bread) and use free range eggs and chicken.
